The fees that tenants are charged in fitted offices include the basic rent, fit-out, furnishings, maintenance, air-conditioning, lighting, cleaning and security services. Fitted offices however do not provide reception services, phones or internet services, thereby providing flexibility for tenants to only subscribe specifically for the services they need. Cost savings of as much as 50% are achievable using fitted offices.
